We created this board having in mind the sea and wild coast line of Northern Crete. Olive wood board with cut edge from blue epoxy. We suggest that you use it for sushi or cheese & cold cuts serving, though it is also appropriate for cutting board.  The epoxy can be in different colors, red, white, black etc.
